Julia Ahlfeldt, a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) approached Cultivate in late 2016 to help refine her brand, message and media portfolio. As one of a handful of CCXPs in the country, the timing was opportune to raise Julia’s profile and talk to high-level issues that affect business performance, competitiveness and sustainability.
