In January 2014 we were asked to help FlightSiteAgent increase awareness among entrepreneurial ITCs (independent travel consultants) who have a passion for travel and to drive sign-ups to its online platform.
We did this by educating agents on what FlightSiteAgent is, how it works, how they can use it, etc, as well as to drive trust in the platform and brand.
Our efforts have so far enjoyed an increase in sign-ups from 2500 to 5000 ITCs within 12 months. We achieved this by securing 60+ pieces of free editorial in consumer and trade media, valued at R1,7-mil AVE 1:1. Combined with incidental online exposure generated by, for instance, a series of educational agent workshops, the total reach of our communication to date has been 2 479 427.
