The 2023 South African Customer Experience Report

The brief:

To establish and maintain the standard of this survey and its authors as the authority on the state of the South African customer experience. 

Solution:

We worked closely with the report’s three authors – Rogerwilco CEO Charlie Stewart, ovatoyou’s Amanda Reekie and CX Professional Julia Ahlfeldt – to develop our key messages and topics. We then produced a broad media release of the data coupled with four strong opinion pieces and engaged the RSA media with the various stories and final report. 

Results:

High quality editorial and interviews across close to 40 top tier media platforms, with key messaging included, and interviews on SA’s top broadcast platforms, positioning the authors as thought leaders in this space. R1,9-million value in AVE achieved. 36.8-million reach achieved.
